This production line is designed for reagent unscrambling, filling,plugging, capping and sleeve labeling.This filling and capping machine speed requirement is 60-80 bottles per min.Design required 100% automation rate without without human interference.Whole machine covered by 304 stainless steel,material contact parts made of 316L stainless steel, ceramic, meet the GMP standard.
l The unscrambler is high speed unscrambler which doing the sorting disordered bottles in order and feeding into the conveyor of the filling and capping machine.
l After bottle entering the filling machine, sensors will detect the bottles to control no bottle no filling
l With servo ceramic pump filling system, machine will do high accuracy and fast speed filling, filling speed and filling volume are adjustable from the HMI.
l Ceramic pump filling system on filling and capping machine, because of no sealing rings in filling system, which make maintenance much easier
l Double vibrators automatic sorting the plugs, our patent design two mechanical hand picking device will pick and place the plugs to the filled bottles together
l Then machine passing to the screw capping main machine.
l Sensors will detect the plugs on the bottles to control no plug no cap feeding.
l Two cap sorting vibrators doing sorting the caps,Double mechanical hands picking the caps to the plugged bottles.
l During placing the cap the servo system will do the pre-capping to prevent the cap flying off or wrong screw thread,highly improve the capping success rate.
l Then capping station will doing cap tightening automatically.
l Both pre-capping and capping stations are controlled by servo system, capping torque and speed adjustable from the HIMI.
l After the works of filling and capping machine finished, bottles enter into the sleeve labeling machine for sleeve inserting and shrinking.
l Then finished products arrived the collection station for secondary packing progress.
