This production line is designed for eye drop bottles unscrambling, filling,plugging, capping and labeling.This filling and capping machine speed requirement is 60-80 bottles per min.Design required 100% automation rate without without human interference and required whole filling and capping machine to be compact .Whole machine covered by 304 stainless steel,material contact parts made of 316L stainless steel, ceramic, meet the GMP standard.

l The unscrambler is high speed unscrambler which doing the sorting disordered bottles in order and feeding into the conveyor of the filling and capping machine.

l After bottle entering the filling machine, sensors will detect the bottles to control no bottle no filling

l With servo ceramic pump filling system, machine will do high accuracy and fast speed filling, filling speed and filling volume are adjustable from the HMI.

l Ceramic pump filling system on filling and capping machine, because of no sealing rings in filling system, which make maintenance much easier

l Double chute high speed vibrator automatic sorting and feeding the caps, our patent design double heads mechanical hand picking device will pick and place the plugs to the filled bottles.

l Automatic pressing the plugs to ensure plugs in correct position,

l Sensors will detect the plugs on the bottles to control no plug no cap feeding.

l Double channels cap sorting vibrators doing sorting and feeding the caps,Double heads hand picking two caps to two plugged bottles together.

l During placing the cap the servo system will do the pre-capping to prevent the cap flying off or wrong screw thread,highly improve the capping success rate.

l Then capping station will doing cap tightening automatically.

l Both pre-capping and capping stations are controlled by servo system, capping torque and speed adjustable from the HIMI.

l This filling and capping machine is customized new design compact monoblock machine,it gathering filling,plugging and capping in one machine with the speed of 80 bottles per min

l After the works of filling and capping machine finished, bottles enter into the front and back labeling

l This labeling machine adopted Lion sensor,it is suitable for major design labels,such as paper labels,foil labels,plastic clear labels and so on.

l According to the design requirements,the labeling machine will do double sides labeling and round bottle wrap around labeling at the same machine.

l Then finished products arrived the collection station for secondary packing progress.
